There are some tasks in Alexandria that you do not complete very often. And even though they have amazing videos to explain almost everything you would need to do, the technical assistance department is always willing to help walk you through whatever you need. Even if you need to call multiple times. They never make you feel like your question is not worth their time.

We have been a long time customer of Alexandria. They have stable products, great support, and constant eyes on how to improve. We have been quite satisfied.

Alexandria Library Automation Software

This software is easy to use, and the tech support is phenomenal. Many librarians complain about the software in their schools, but our district has had very few issues. Even when we switched from our previous system, it went smoothly with very few bumps. I recommend this software to any library.

Alexandria meets the needs of our small library and then some

I have recommended Alexandria to a small junior college library where it was seriously looked into. One thing I wish Alexandria would do would be to have a free on-line workshop that our district could attend. In it would cover tips and tricks that could benefit our small libraries.

Fairly user friendly and customizable.

Most things within software are very user friendly. I like that many things can customized for our library. The tip of the week and video archives are an extremely helpful tool to have!

Great Customer Service

We appreciate being able to talk to a real person on the phone whenever we have questions. Tech support reps are always friendly, patient, and willing to walk us through any issues. Alexandria sales reps are responsive when we have questions or need quotes, but never pushy. The software is reliable, intuitive and allows as to customize reports and labels more easily than other systems we have used.

Function, Support, ongoing Tips

I am loving the function and I believe it only gets better as the Alexandria upgrades and improves function. I think the support is great. I love being able to reach out and have someone talk me through anytime I find myself at a lost for a solution. I enjoy the email tips of the month even if I already know how to do whatever the tip is. It is always great to be able to review and refresh ones understanding.
