We are satisfied with Alexandria Library Automation Software in our school. Anytime we have a question or concern the customer service is there to support us, they help and guide us through any problem.

We love it!

Our library switched from a very frustrating system to Alexandria. While there is always a learning curve, once we have everything in place it makes our jobs so much easier. The help function is amazing and the extra features like book reviews and the bulletin boards are extremely helpful for our college.We are very happy with Alexandria

Alexandria Hosted

We started using Alexandria in 1998 when we needed to back up everything to flash drives. Last year we moved to the hosted version and have been completely happy with it. And as far as the daily functions of the program, it is extremely user friendly. I would call it streamlined compared to the other automation programs I've had my hands on.

Alexandria is easy to use

Alexandria is very user friendly and the technical support is wonderful. There are many times either I can't remember how to do something and need to do something I can't figure out. Alex tech support is always helpful, will walk me through the process, and answer any questions. I have never felt like my question is ridiculous and have never waited long for a support person. A great program with great support

An easy, well organized program. If there is ever a problem or question, one phone call and you have the answer!

Great for a Small School

We are a very small school. What I like about our program is the cost, reliability, and the customer service. When I was learning how to work the program they were great to give me lessons. The program always works the way it should but the few time tech people messed it up changing it to a new computer they helped me fix it quickly. I would suggest the tech person calls customer service before they transfer the program.

Alexandria is very librarian and elementary student-friendly. There are occasions I have to refer to the manual when trying to use the software but not very often.
