Alexandria provides all the features of a large scale program for small libraries at an affordable price! Anything we can think of to help our patrons, the service center is willing to work with us and figure out.

This system WORKS!
The system is fantastic, well-integrated, easy to navigate through, and very functional. Support staff is AMAZING. When I encountered a problem during an upgrade, support personnel not only walked me through the problem, but calmed me down in the process. Several years ago, I encountered a problem with sounds, and was unable to change a very annoying sound. Great Tech support!
I am a librarian at a K-12 school. I have used Alexandria for quite a few years now. It is an excellent product and I am very happy with the tech support. The operators are friendly and helpful. They work with their customers to solve any issues. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
