What do you like best about Alexandria? Our school district libraries have been using Alexandria management system for the past 8 years. It is easy to navigate and has patron friendly user screens. I am able to add patron information so that students can check their accounts remotely. Students can create bibliographies and print them for later use. What else can I say? We've been using Alexandria for years and years, and I don't know if you could convince me to use anyone else. I truly feel that they want to do right by their customers.

Prompt customer service

As a new librarian using Alexandria for the first time, I really appreciate the customer service. They answer their calls promptly and have always been able to help me with my various questions. They never make me feel like I should know or are wasting their time. I like all parts of the system and my teachers appreciate what I can do for them by accessing the various functions.

Works the way a librarian thinks

I have liked this since we installed it. The item that sold me was that I could install books in any barcode order. We had Athena before and you had to do the barcodes in numerical order.

Update has changed all of my previous saved reports so now I have to go back and redo everything.
