Top notch support!
Alexandria has always provided top notch support, and their products keep getting better! As library resources change and evolve, Alexandria is right there keeping pace. I especially love the feature which allows students to provide book ratings and reviews!

Alexandria Library Automation Software
I have used Alexandria Software in our library for 18 years, and I can say that it has been a positive experience on the whole. Support has always been available at any time from the account representative to the technical department. It has been a reliable and user friendly system for our staff and students.

Version 7 upgrade
The staff is very accomodating when asked for help. This program is usually user friendly but since the upgrade I personally have had more trouble than in the past. Very thankful for friendly staff !

I am mostly satisfied with Alexandria v7.
I like most of the aspects of Alexandria v7. Having our system be cloud-based helps take some of the worry out of backing up files on our end. Most of the features are similar to v6, but there has been some learning curves. Unfortunately, the training that we paid a lot of money for did not focus on those items that are different from v6, mostly leaving us to figure it out on our own, or over the phone with tech support. There seems to be some bugs to work out, but overall, I am satisfied ...

6 years of experience
I first reviewed Alexandria in 1995 when I worked in a HS. I did not think the interface (at that time) was the best available for HS students. Six years ago, I began working with Alexandria at a K-8 school. The interface had improved significantly; I loved the access interface for the K-8 students and thought it would be great now for HS students. The options of Scout, Researcher, or Mobile offer suitable ones for different levels. I like the easy of adding cover images and the fact that ...

Tech Support Rocks
I would have given them 5 stars but I have had some trouble with mixed up orders, but despite all that I would recommend them without reservation simply because of their Tech Support. They are the best by far of any company i have ever dealt with.

Alexandria does everything our school needs
Our district has been using Alexandria for the past 7 years. It has all the features I wanted in a library automation system and then some. The tech support is awesome; I can call with any question, from "This doesn't seem to be working correctly for me right now" to "I'm having a brain cramp and forgot where to find ___." The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there are a few things I can't configure exactly the way I would like, but it's possible those may be resolved when I ...

Some great features.
We recently upgraded our Alexandria software to 7.1. We were reluctant to do it. Some things are wonderful. Others needs improvement especially searching! We find we got a lot of puzzling search results and can't refine easily. Having the system the web-based is for the most part great despite glitches every once in a while. Our students do love the new look.
