Great product, great service.

i do not have any trouble with our Alexandria system. It is very efficient for our needs. I have needed customer service a few times over the last couple of years, mostly for beginning and ending of year. They have been very helpful and have always solved my problems.

Alexandria Circulation Software

A great small library software, Especially good with web hosting. The reports could be more flexible, and the search engine more intuitive, but more than acceptable for the price.

Great Software! Ok service and support.

I love using Alexandria in our library. We use most of the features regularly, including: title assistant, self check out kiosk, automatic emailing of overdue notices, customized Researcher, and running specific reports. It was easy for me to "genre-fy" our fiction section by simply using the "copy shelving" field. Some functions can be somewhat complicated and take time to figure out. Some great features.

We recently upgraded our Alexandria software to 7.1. We were reluctant to do it. Some things are wonderful. Others needs improvement especially searching! We find we got a lot of puzzling search results and can't refine easily. Having the system the web-based is for the most part great despite glitches every once in a while. Our students do love the new look.

Alexandria Library Automation Software

I have used Alexandria Software in our library for 18 years, and I can say that it has been a positive experience on the whole. Support has always been available at any time from the account representative to the technical department. It has been a reliable and user friendly system for our staff and students.

Alexandria does everything our school needs

Our district has been using Alexandria for the past 7 years. It has all the features I wanted in a library automation system and then some. The tech support is awesome; I can call with any question, from "This doesn't seem to be working correctly for me right now" to "I'm having a brain cramp and forgot where to find ___." Alexandria review

Very easy cataloging system . Great support if you run into difficulties . I have not gotten to use it with the student yet as we are still in the process of completing it .. but so far so good 👍

I first reviewed Alexandria in 1995 when I worked in a HS. I did not think the interface (at that time) was the best available for HS students. Six years ago, I began working with Alexandria at a K-8 school. The interface had improved significantly; I loved the access interface for the K-8 students and thought it would be great now for HS students.
