Great Software! Ok service and support.

I love using Alexandria in our library. We use most of the features regularly, including: title assistant, self check out kiosk, automatic emailing of overdue notices, customized Researcher, and running specific reports. It was easy for me to "genre-fy" our fiction section by simply using the "copy shelving" field. Some functions can be somewhat complicated and take time to figure out. So many features, So little time

I am not officially trained as a Librarian/Media Specialist, but have 11 years experience as a Library Aide. Since I have started using Alexandria, I have been the only person, volunteering in our school library. So, I am forced to learn as I go. Sometimes it is easy to find the tool, report, etc. that I am looking for other times, not so much. Great product, great service.

i do not have any trouble with our Alexandria system. It is very efficient for our needs. I have needed customer service a few times over the last couple of years, mostly for beginning and ending of year. They have been very helpful and have always solved my problems.

Alexandria Circulation Software

A great small library software, Especially good with web hosting. The reports could be more flexible, and the search engine more intuitive, but more than acceptable for the price.

Worth your money!

This program is well worth the money, allows you to automate your entire library, easy to use for basic things.

Outstanding Software and Company

Alexandria has been a part of my life for over 20 years now. They continually strive to stay current with a librarian's needs which in turn makes our jobs easier. The technical support team is top-notch- I love them all. They are courteous and helpful and don't demean the user when there is a brain cramp and you can't remember how to do things. Alexandria has many options. Once learned, it can be very resourceful in keeping track of your library records.

card catalog help?

I really like Alexandria Library. The only part I really don't have figured out is being able to let the whole school use the card catalog. I need to know the password or set up for finding out if the library has information without using my main computer.
