Alexandria always works well and contacting technical support is a breeze!

I love that Alexandria seems to always run perfectly and that whenever I need help with anything I can just call technical support. The only thing I don't love is the $799 a year that I have to pay to keep my licence up to date! That is a lot to pay for many of our schools that are so underfunded.

Alexandria Library Automation Software has met all my expectations and more!

I have had little experience with Library Automation software but Alexandria has made it easy for me every step of the way. Their support staff/service is top notch. With little computer expertise, they are able to walk me through every concern. I would highly recommend it.

Alexandria is intuitive, quick, and simple to teach to staff. The generated reports are amazing and very useful for collection evaluation. Customer help/service has always been very responsive.

Customer Service

Alexandria library software does the basics just fine. It has many additional features that I have not taken time to learn--such as the option to add patron reviews to an item record. The customer service is what has impressed me the most. When I've had trouble or just couldn't remember how to do a certain task, the representatives who answer the phone have helped promptly and effectively.
