Alexandria is excellent

I fought to get Alexandria in our school system. I have been very pleased with my choice. There have been some glitches but there always are when you are working with a computerized program. Love the system.

Best tech support ever!

When I have an issue, or question about anything, a knowledgeable REAL LIVE person is available to help. I also appreciate the seamless updates. Report options are numerous and useful. As a high school, we love the email feature for notifying students of holds, overdue books, and other charges. We have used Alexandria since we began automating our collection in1990. I have never seen anything that would make me change.

Easy to use and great support!

This is one of the easiest software programs for libraries. Their 24/7 support is fantastic. Every time I've had to use it I've received quick and professional help.

Outstanding Software and Company

Alexandria has been a part of my life for over 20 years now. They continually strive to stay current with a librarian's needs which in turn makes our jobs easier. The technical support team is top-notch- I love them all. They are courteous and helpful and don't demean the user when there is a brain cramp and you can't remember how to do things. Reliable Circ System & Excellent Customer Serivce

We have used Alexandria in our district for the last 5 years. We find the system to be reliable & user friendly. Our student workers have no trouble using it effectively and accurately. We have also called the tech support or customer service people on a regular basis for different issues or questions and have always received the help we needed in a pleasant, timely fashion.

No reason to look elsewhere

Our school system has always used Alexandria so I don't have experience with others systems. But it does everything we need it to, the website and customer support are fantastic and we love the colorful user-friendly interface. Never had any problems and we've been using it for close to twenty years.

For the past decade I have been using Alexandria Library Automation Software and have consistently gotten my questions answered and problems solved by calling their helpline tech department. Several years ago our school district considered other software options but decided to stay with Alexandria due to the excellent service they have provided us.

I would highly recommend Alexandria to anyone.

I have found Alexandria to be easy to learn and very helpful in maintaining the records of the library. The many report options has been extremely useful in managing the collection. Alexandria support always has excellent customer service, as well.
