Good view of priorities and time of execution

What do you like best? The timeline and prioritization tools are great. With that I get a vision of what can be reworked or even cut out. What do you dislike? I do not have much that I did not like, but I believe that third-party connections could be better. I felt powerless to export to Power BI. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am giving an overview of the priorities that we have to pursue behind the stakeholders.

Easy to use, great insights

What do you like best? Airfocus is easy to use and gives great insights for product requirements and roadmap What do you dislike? Still missing functionality to create "epics" with multiple sub-items. When items are too small the view in the timeline is not usable What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Airfocus gave almost immediately a great view on our requirements and what "score" and thus priority they have.

What I've been doing in a spreadsheet for years

What do you like best? Love that it forces you to prioritize things before it will even show in certain views. What do you dislike? - Lack of connecting boards. We have multiple teams adding items to their individual project boards and want to see it all on one master board interconnected and dynamically updated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting my stakeholders to prioritize several initiatives at once.

Airfocus fills a void for PMs and gives clarity to the team

What do you like best? The ability to sync with the PM tools our team uses was key. Adding the two way sync was a major bonus. What do you dislike? The UI isn't always very easy or intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using airfocus to prioritize the tasks we should be working on. It has solved the issue of last in first out and we are no longer ignoring old tasks that very well may be important.

Product Roadmapping

What do you like best? We use AirFocus for product roadmapping among other functions at my company. What we value highly is the simplicity and ease of use of AirFocus. What really drives that home for us is the weighting system that is built in (but customizable that allows us to weight items on the roadmap and then easily visualize them on a chart. It makes it simple to prioritize what to do next, and more importantly what to cut or not do. What do you dislike? The product is still ...
