Agile support wins again!
Today, Ronnie was most helpful. Polite, friendly but very knowledgeable with quick answers and a little extra info. to explain. Agile support is almost always excellent. I do like the on-line chat feature so you can get help immediately / while you are busy right then & there with a function.

What do you like best about Agile CRM? Easy to set up for everyone in the team. Great email integration with Google Apps and Microsoft exchange. Tracking all the new prospects and doing regular follow-ups through automation is the best part. Smooth customer support experience to all the end-users. Very unhappy with AgileCRM
For 6 weeks now I have been requesting Agile support staff assist and fix a major issue I have been having (ie. campaigns not sending) but still it has not been fixed. I am still paying for the platform but it's not working properly and is affecting my business and profits. Not happy. Need support urgently.
