AgileCRM support is good and the folks…
AgileCRM support is good and the folks on the other side of the screen work really hard to answer all my questions. It is just sometimes frustrating that the product has not been substantially improved in the past few years. I assume it is because they are building out the other products in 500apps.com which all look really good too but it's a shame because I really like AgileCRM and they need to keep up with the competition to have a great, not just good product.
