Very unhappy with AgileCRM
For 6 weeks now I have been requesting Agile support staff assist and fix a major issue I have been having (ie. campaigns not sending) but still it has not been fixed. I am still paying for the platform but it's not working properly and is affecting my business and profits. Not happy. Need support urgently.

I had a fantastic and very helpful discussion with Ashley, she was patient and showed me the ease of using Agile. I particularly enjoy creating newsletters in the software and how you can personalise emails that are sent out to our clients. The support from the features and function team was very valued. AgileCRM support is good and the folks…
AgileCRM support is good and the folks on the other side of the screen work really hard to answer all my questions. It is just sometimes frustrating that the product has not been substantially improved in the past few years. I assume it is because they are building out the other products in 500apps.com which all look really good too but it's a shame because I really like AgileCRM and they need to keep up with the competition to have a great, not just good product.
