Agile is on its way out. 500Apps needs a lot more development.
I have revised this review after some excellent customer service from Max. They also gave us some credit on our account for the campaign emails not being able to send for about a month.We are looking to move to a new CRM (away from Agile) because AgileCRM is no longer developing/improving as it is written in an old language, and they continue to have problems integrating with Google/Gsuite/other 3rd party apps as a result of this old system.
