You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. It's cheap but its also FULL of errors and glitches that can cause huge headaches. Mostly around sending emails and campaigns. There is always something that needs to be fixed. I have been using it for 2 years and there has been no feature updates at all. It seems like they have given up on AgileCRM and moved to 500Apps but that dose not even integrate with Agile and most to apps are pretty average.

I reached out to support to seek assistance about the unsubscribe options and with website tracking. I've been checking the available resources as a guide but can't seem to make the process work on my end. Marion provided some explanation and even worked on the website tracking issue and now it is working.
