Generally Agile has been a solid resource for our CRM needs. However we hit a major snag right before an extremely important campaign. There were issues with email verification (core to the functionality of sending out email campaigns!) that seemed to be an actual inherent bug. "Agile CRM review"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? It's the best platform to engage with customers and increase our relations with them, to increase and manage our sales. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? As a multitenant environment, it has few limitations but overall it's best. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easily track our sales and leads which later can easily be converted to customers.

There is something seriously wrong with this company. It seems like they are imploding.We have persevered for over three years, with substandard support, unresolved bugs and now, blatant bad business behaviour.Clients are expected to pay up front very month, and that's OK.... but NOT when the service is inaccessible.We have been unable to login for over two weeks now, due to a technical problem with 2-factor authentication.The first line of support do respond with "It's fixed!" but in fact ...
