"Solid Small to Mid Sized Business CRM"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? It has a wide feature set. Reasonable price. Perfect for smaller teams. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The email creation and HTML editor features are a bit subpar but can be navigated if you have HTML skills. Also it doesn't seem to do the best job at de-duplication. What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking customer experiences and sharing notes. It's great for doing lead scoring based on user-interactions.

"AgileCRM the ultimate all in one!"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? I have been using AgileCRM for more than a year. I have benefited from the improvements and growth. Like all CRM platforms, if you apply yourself to it, the features are amazing. I run multiple businesses and I could not do it without Agile. What do you like best about Agile CRM? AgileCRM is developer friendly, we can customize it without taking too much time. What do you like best about Agile CRM? The ability to view a snapshot of your contacts, sales and social media. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? The email marketing is not robust and not up to the latest industry standards. Recommendations to others considering Agile CRM: Very good customer support. After assisting a client of mine set up Infusionsoft I fell in love with the concept of a system that could route my potential clients through a process customized to what they really need. What do you like best about Agile CRM? The possibilities - website tracking, email automation, crm, pop-up forms, and more -- seemed like the perfect combo!! What do you dislike about Agile CRM? "The worst email automation tool I've used"

What do you like best about Agile CRM? The CRM part is OK if you want a very basic tool to store your leads, and do not require a lot of customization. You can easily add custom fields, but the interface is basic so I wouldn't recommend it from a visual perspective. What do you dislike about Agile CRM? What do you like best about Agile CRM? The amount of apps that connect to the cloudware seem to be great. But buggy. It looks good and gives good visual of data. Email integration was good.
