PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Advertising/analytics advertisements all seem a complicated maze to me. I'm really pleased with the way AdRoll optimizes everything for me while still providing me the guarantee I'm not investing much. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll. Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(

ROI varies from great to outstanding to many customers and kinds of advertising. What aspects are problematic or could work better? With show-based ads providing so many buttons to move to influence how success looks, it's perhaps the most valuable marketing tool to have consistent and accurate metrics.
