"Great support and unbelievable customer success managers."
What do you like best about AdRoll? AdRolls platform is completely user friendly, on the customer support side I used to work with criteo but lacked good support. AdRoll is top notch.

"Highly Recommend"
What do you like best about AdRoll? We have a fantastic account manager, Ricky. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has an amazing patience level for the amount of questions/quieries we have for him. Recently, we have needed an increased level of support to on-board a tricky client with very bespoke reporting needs. Ricky has played a significant role in building a trusted relationship with the client. We cannot stress how much we appreciate his hard work.

"Amazing Customer Service"
What do you like best about AdRoll? Good ROAS during on season and great with helping with strategies for off season. They have been extremely supportive with follow ups and strategies, which is not like any of the other ad platforms we have used. They want to see you succeed. They constantly check in with me to see if I need anything and if I reach out to them, they are very fast in their response time. We highly recommend!

Great for retargeting!
We have been using AdRoll for retargeting for more than a year now and have seen some great results. We have found the ROAS to be much better than other marketing platforms. Would highly recommend it giving their service a go for your business.

"I love Adroll and would recommend to anyone"
What do you like best about AdRoll? I like the Data and analytics that best. The attribution model isn't bad either. Other than those two features, the bulk upload feature on Adroll's platform is a HUGE time saver. When using Google. Facebook, and whatever other ad platforms I used to use to upload various different ads, it would sometimes take me hours to create a single campaign from start to launch.
