What do you like best? ADP is extremely intuitive. It works the way you work in that it isn't necessary to to learn a whole new way of doing things. Pages are clearly named and easy to navigate. I have used ADP for almost 2 years and find it to be a great payroll system.

What do you like best? The staff of ADP Workforce Now is very knowledgeable and helpful. Before starting the program, I was given an extensive online training. It was conducted as a classroom setting and covered every situation that I might encounter. Preview Payroll really great

What do you like best? I like the Preview Payroll feature the best thing ever. Being able to see your payroll before you process is so helpful. I also like being able to project forward my time off accrual balance to see what my balance will be next year. What do you dislike? I really don't like Payroll Adjustments in the Timecard, for retro punch corrections. What do you like best? the service, the time they allow to spend with their clients. What do you dislike? the direct access to some of the professional we need to talk to. and also when we call, we have to wait most of the time even though they have that great system of call back.
