What do you like best? It is a big company and you know what you are getting. They are a giant in the business and there is reliability there. Accessing their system is easy and generally it is easy to navigate their system. What do you dislike? It is very one size fits all. The reporting is terrible. What do you like best? The most helpful thing about Workforce Now is the help feature. In the Bridge, I can search questions for answers or I can pose my own question. I also like the search ability for employees. Tax reporting is helpful as well in running all the tax reports I need.
