Awesome tool
PROS: I'm that lone person working in the Human Resource Department. Attendance, payroll, time, and human resources streamlined a number of functions that I'm supposed to manage. It's great to have the latest ACA reporting requirements. Everything would've been impossible if not for ADP!

What do you like best about ADP Workforce Now? I really like the documents portion of ADP, i am always processing Leaves and VOE and EDD forms you name it i do it. I love that i can save the documents in the employees ADP file and when you open an employees file you get a better picture because you can see what has been received and processed for this employee, this really helps
