Love the new app
It’s easier than the old adp app. It’s quicker to get into. It’s much easier to look at my account and what payments have been processed and what’s pending.

ADPpayroll, awful
the employee cannot contact ADP if there is an issue with their account. Continuously makes you change your password which means continuously forget the password. They have entered my date of birth incorrectly and refuse to fix it when contacted. Bloody awful (words not accepted are better qualified to describe) company DO NOT USE

Twice have money been taken out of my card had to change my card 3 times and customer service would just either hang up or say we sorry and transfer me to 5 other people.

I recently had 2 heart attacks
I recently had 2 heart attacks within a two week period. I had to take a leave of absence from my job. I was worried about my disability insurane payments from work. ADP has been there for me thru this freightning time. I didn't need to fill out any forms, or make phone calls to set up or notify anyone. ADP has got my back. My bi-weekly payments were there in my account, just as expected. Thank you, ADP
