I was having issues for months trying…
I was having issues for months trying to get my w2 online through my company. Today I had a phone call with Hanna. And after months of trying she finally got me in the system to get them! Noone else could do it before and I'm really REALLY thankful.

Poorly trained staff
We have been using ADP since long time and we have seen a decline in the company's staff performance and customer service. I can't believe people are satisfied with their work. The staff is poorly trained, the back-up staff have no idea about the procedures when your mail contact goes on annual leave (without notifying us in advance) and the customer support is horrible. Overall the rating is 1/5 and would never recommend them.

I've been using ADP for almost 2 years…
I've been using ADP for almost 2 years and I have to say I appreciate the ADP in all it's convenience. It's a fast way to get things done, easy to use and reliable. I don't think there are any changes I would make to the app or website other than a chat function to talk to representatives. I found a lot of people avoid calling their phone lines and decline using the app because the customer service representatives are increasingly frustrating.
