Good hiring process
What do you like best? We really utilized the hiring/talent portion of ADP. It was easy to screen applicants and match to the criteria for the position. What do you dislike? Convenient and easy
What do you like best? I love that you can view any paystubs and inform your employer of any pay adjustments that need to be made. Also provides info on tax forms and your benefits What do you dislike? Sometimes the mobile version gets a little strange to navigate. Some links are not clickable or overlaps, making it hard to click on links or tabs What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A thing that many people don't know about ADP Vantage HCM is that it handles non-payroll issues with the same efficiency. Clunky but gets the job done
What do you like best? Gives the location of the employee when they clock in/out What do you dislike? Clunky user interface. No good solution if users don’t have smart phones. What do you like best? I like how ADP keeps track of PTO as well as projects PTO balances at a future date. What do you dislike? I've had issues with ADP accurately tracking PTO when putting in time requests and cancelling time requests.
