We use Workfront in our non-profit organization
PROS: I appreciate that Workfront has improved project flow and communication, and offers a high level of visibility into projects across our non-profit organization. CONS: Different units in our organizations use different instances of Workfront which do not communicate with each other. We would gain a lot if they could. To be fair, we know the vendor is working to facilitate this.

What do you like best about Workfront? I love the performance of this tool in helping me to carry out organized and efficient project management together with my work team and its ability to integrate with many third-party tools. It helps us manage all tasks, streamline workflows and continuously track all projects being managed. It is easy to use, its user interface is friendly and straightforward, plus it has excellent customer service that is responsive at all times.
