We use Workfront for IT projects
PROS: I like the fact that Workfront offers integrated views of all active projects. This makes it easy to see available resources and is more effective than holding meetings for the purpose. CONS: Beginners can find it difficult to learn to use the software. Because of this, employees who are merely reviewing, approving, or submitting requests do not like the extra work needed to learn to use the system.
