"Architecture is everything - get it right the first time"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Deep customizability. This really is like buying a set of tools. Don't expect it to 'do' anything out of the box. But when you plan what you want it to do, there's a lot of flexibility there to run things how you want them to run.

"Very robust but falls down in attribution reporting"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? They are the top dog in marketing automation (at least until Salesforce bought Pardot) and they provide the best training and customer community and all sort of features that most do care about.
