High quality meeting software

What do you like best? The Polling features and Ability to share materials directly with participants. Being able to share multimedia with participants is extremely useful in our environment, for example playing call recordings and videos to participants. One of the best features is being able to record sessions, which helps with audit and quality control. The reports are fullsome, although they do have their issues as per below. But they clearly identify auditable data which satisfies ...

Needs Overhaul

What do you like best? I like the layout function. Reminds me of a video switcher and find it differentiates from other platforms. It has a little of everything and everything seems to function relatively well. What do you dislike? This platform seems to be like the bastard child of adobe. It seems like this was created with a lot of care and then left by the way side and forgotten about. The Mix/minus function for speaker/mics is atrocious. There is consistent feedback all the ...

Just okay

What do you like best? It's quite easy to use and the text function is great, you can see the students type. Once I figured out how to use adobe it was honestly easy to use. The record option is also a great tool, the students are able to review which is great cause reviewing is a great way to continue improving. What do you dislike? Sometimes I get kicked off the platform in the middle of a call, other times I cannot login and it can be quite heavy on internet usage. Whenever ...

Good program but always having problems

What do you like best? I really like the different tools on the whiteboard & that I can draw. What do you dislike? I dislike that I am not able to using my drawing tablet for the white board & only the mouse. I don't like that I can't change the primary colors I use. I teach math & use a lot of color coding & have some students who are color blind so I have specific colors I use & they aren't the default colors. I also have a lot of students that freeze up or can't see the slides ...

Adobe Connect for Government Agencies

What do you like best? The interface is comfortable for our clients as we've been providing training using Connect for 10+ years. The audio provider integration with PGI is great as it provides us the ability to effectively manage audio, mute attendees if need be, etc. What do you dislike? I wish the hosted version had the full functionality of the locally installed versions. The VOIP/provider audio gets weird as sometimes those using VOIP can't hear audio from others on the phone, ...

Adobe Connect Review

What do you like best? The simplicity and the ease of configuration, its a very in demand tool for training in our time today. But I like a lot of feature sin it like the whiteboard gives me the sense that I am in a natural classroom which is really cool. The poll options it make me engage with the trainees at a different level it is like you are really in a physical room with them. What do you dislike? Well it is really hard to dislike the tool, possibly improvements would be a ...

Software kept crashing; could not run with video in a large group

What do you like best? Some advanced layout features for the Presenter, e.g. showing multiple "mini screens" within the overall presenter screen view. What do you dislike? We used Adobe Connect in a 2 day corporate training course, with 1 instructor and ~20 attendees. The software kept crashing for several attendees (including me) throughout the 2 days, which everyone found very frustrating. Through trial and error we realized the system would crash anytime there were more than 6 ...

Better communication in web conferencing and in a secure way.

What do you like best? Adobe Connect gives me security and confidence when meeting online. Its interface is attractive and it has tools to make everything work properly. I've shared meetings and seminars, group sessions and we can even split up into several rooms. What do you dislike? We have had some problems with audio in conversations and some errors and incompatibility with Flash Player. Recommendations to others considering the product: Adobe Connect meets all business ...

Best Webinar Software - Reliable, good support and the price-performance ratio is right

What do you like best? The Rooms are very flexible and I have a lot of possibilities to use in my webinar. The support is very kind and helpful. What do you dislike? During the Lockdown in EU there where a lot of performance problems on the server (because there were many more users on the platform). In an older version of Adobe Connect it was possible to use GIF-files. This is not possible any more and I miss this feature! Recommendations to others considering the ...
