What do you like best? I like the backend tools that you provide particularly to hosts. I especially appreciate the ability you guys allow as it relates to preparing a meeting ahead of time before the meeting begins. I also like the ability to do real time preparation while a meeting is in session via the prepare mode. I like the engagement that I can perform with my participants.

What do you like best? I like the multiple chat boxes, polls, playing music at the start of my class and the white board. What do you dislike? I cannot see my participants. I have my webcam and they can see me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to train our employees even if they are in a different country.

What do you like best? It consistently performs excellently for all virtual events What do you dislike? Sometimes showing video has some challenges but there are workarounds for that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's an excellent virtual events platform that has a capacity to hold thousands of attendees all at once.

What do you like best? Ability to add "cute" apps. Consistent connections. What do you dislike? Lack of "curb appeal". Not so easy to apply personalizations to the platform.
