What do you like best? The simplicity and the ease of configuration, its a very in demand tool for training in our time today. But I like a lot of feature sin it like the whiteboard gives me the sense that I am in a natural classroom which is really cool. I like the engagement that I can perform with my participants.

What do you like best? I like the multiple chat boxes, polls, playing music at the start of my class and the white board. What do you dislike? I cannot see my participants. I have my webcam and they can see me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to train our employees even if they are in a different country.

Fantastic product out the box, but....

What do you like best? Control over the Participant experience. The ability to use custom applications / PODs Background noise reduction is good. Easy to distribute File, Links etc. What do you dislike? An almost complete lack of support for POD developers. Whiteboard sucks. Need to support multiple webcams, or provide a quicker and easier (single click!) way to switch between. Need to be able to capture desktop audo when screen sharing. Not all ...

Adobe Connect Made me a Rock Star!

What do you like best? Functionality. So many options to configure the classroom! What do you dislike? Nothing. Everything about Adobe Connect is fantastic! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Virtual training in a pandemic world. Cost savings and the benefit for the attendee to be able to sleep in their own beds at night, versus sleeping in a hotel!

What do you like best? This platform was created for training and it shows! You can create an experience and have it be a consistent experience not matter who is in the room facilitating or producing. What do you like best? The interface is comfortable for our clients as we've been providing training using Connect for 10+ years. The audio provider integration with PGI is great as it provides us the ability to effectively manage audio, mute attendees if need be, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Polling features and Ability to share materials directly with participants. Being able to share multimedia with participants is extremely useful in our environment, for example playing call recordings and videos to participants.
