Customer support is not timely. They break things and don't own up to it. What do you like best about Adobe Analytics? I really like to be able to analyze click streams and page loads in our web application. We recently had a very complex flow with many error states and we were able to see not only 400 errors (that we can easily track on the backend), but also front end timeouts for service calls that never reach our server.
