Really disappointed with this company!!

I am so disappointed with this company. I bought the lifetime deal but nothing works in their website. Firstly I clicked on a tutorial video for help...nothing there, then I tried to embed a video that I uploaded onto my website...their embed code was not complete, so it wouldn't work. I even tried to get help from my website hosts who are really good and they told me it was an incorrect code, so I went back to the chat on Adilo and have waited for over 40m but no one is answering the chat ...
