Charged my account without my permission

I opted for a 30-day "free" trial on Sunday 11/7. I had not even finished "creating" an ad when I received an alert from our business account that we had a $200 charge pending from Adcritter (11/10). I reached out the assigned "advertising consultant" (Lauren) stating that I was billed, I should not have been during the "trial period," and that I wanted an immediate crediting of our account.
