What do you like best about Acumatica? I like having remote access to our data and being able to have our inventory and accounting data in one place. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The hardest part of acumatica is understanding the reporting features since I am not a real technical computer person. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Inventory management has increased with Acumatica.

As a business we hesitated to switch construction accounting software, because we have worked with the same software for so long, we were afraid that some of our long time users would have difficulties learning the new software, but with Acumatica the ease of use had us sold from the start, not to mention its functionality for use in the construction industry, where we dont have many options- especially as a subcontractor, not a general contractor, ...

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like that is a cloud based software and allows unlimited users. The fact that I Acumatica is an open platform to modify things (forms , etc.) to our convienence. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I really don't dislike anything about this. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? The communiation improved... the workflow is much faster and much better control of our finances and cusomter relations.

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like that it is web based program with dashboards. What do you dislike about Acumatica? There is nothing that I dislike about this product. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? A reduction in 80% time in the entry of sales orders.

What do you like best about Acumatica? Easy for end users. Good online training. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Configuring user permissions is not straight forward. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Replaced ERP systems that were near end of life.

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like that is automated and that's about it. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The software not being stable... lot of errors. I'm not sure if it is Acumatica or the VAR (I think it smost likely due to the VAR). What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? No benefits realized at this time.

What do you like best about Acumatica? It is quick and easy to follow. Reports Are simple and user friendly. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The GL has too many choices. Would like to have the Main Gl connected to the sub accounts. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Merging agencies, AP solutions, AR solutions, Manufacturing.
