Not really as good as everyone says
Not really as good as everyone says. Doesn't work half the time and is a pain to uninstall. Customer service is slow to respond.

maybe it was bad timing or maybe just…
maybe it was bad timing or maybe just bad luck. but since day one i have had an issue, when the original issue was fixed they had a server issue and lost tracking completely on all computers, was instructed after it was fixed i have to reinstall on to all computers. wouldnt be as bad but i now have no way to install it onto the computers as they are off site. so i now have to purchase other software to remote into the computers and install the newer version. which i still can not find on ...

Very easy to setup and user-friendly monitoring tool. Free initial startup, so I could try it before deciding if I wanted buy it. I would recommend to a friend or colleague.
