Very good app/service
Very good app/service, impressive actually. Sometimes there's a slight lag when screenshots load but other than that, it's very, very good.

The agents never worked
The agents never worked, even after uninstallation and re-installation. I'm sure this is an uncommon case, although I would've really liked to work with your product.
