What do you like best about ActivTrak? We used ActivTrak to research how people performed certain tasks online, and the program gave us tons of awesome quantitative data to help us answer our questions and form new ones.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I consider the problem that the tool solves to be of great value, but what surprises me is that it is very well designed that only the admin can uninstall it!

What do you like best? We love the ability to monitor productivity in real-time. We've been able to increase our productivity by communicating risks of unproductive behavior to our team. Now that they know they are being monitored, they are always working.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? I like the ability go have groups fit different supervisors. We monitor staff from various departments and it is useful to know we can make separate groups and only visibly to their managers.

Employee-tracking made easy.
PROS: What’s best about this program is that it is free. . .well, for me and my 3-man team, at least. I think it’s great how this program offers free services for really small teams. CONS: I’m not sure if this is a glitch in the program, but each of us have access to admin user accounts. However, we can’t seem to use this account as an admin because we automatically get logged as users, thus firing up the tracking program on our PCs.

What do you like best about ActivTrak? ActivTrak provides excellent reports and in depth monitoring which allows us to keep track of not only internet use but application usage and productive time spent at the desktop.
