Leaves no room for dishonesty.
PROS: The reports that I’ve been able to generate from this tool has given me a pretty solid idea on the productivity levels of my employees. The task reports are particularly useful as well. CONS: I’m still learning the ins and outs of this program. So far, I’m really impressed with its capabilities.

The screenshots are really useful!
PROS: I don’t know where to begin, to be honest. There are a lot of great features, but my favorite so far has been the screenshots that it takes throughout the work day. CONS: When it comes to pricing, this program doesn’t seem to be a fit to the needs and budget of smaller companies. However, the trial version can be quite useful if the needs and usage are kept at a minimum.

A great tracker overall.
PROS: This program has been able to successfully weave its data into an understandable and complete narrative that gives me insight about my employees--where they are on specific projects and how they handle their tasks. CONS: One thing that this program does for me is to allow me to monitor my employees. However, I don’t like how some of my workers are able to switch off their tracking devices when they use an extension from Chrome. I hope that the developers would take down this extension ...

Gives us great insight into employee productivity.
PROS: Activtrak does its job well without being too complicated. It’s simple and direct, which I love. CONS: We’ve been intermittently experiencing glitches in Activtrak’s system. There are some pages that don’t seem to load properly. We’ve escalated this issue to tech support, but we haven’t gotten a proper resolution yet.

"An Eye on IT"
What do you like best about ActivTrak? ActivTrak has a simple to use interface and has automatically updating agents. Its dashboard provides a very helpful view into the usage statistics. Real-time blocking of forbidden sites and applications is an important security tool for us.

Barely noticeable.
PROS: There has been quite a number of tracking programs that I have used, but Activtrak really takes the cake when it comes to the number of benefits that it offers. I love that it’s very unobtrusive and inconspicuous too. One would not know that this program is running in the background because it does not cause the computer to slow down or exhibit any signs of being monitored, whatsoever. "Great way to track employee productivity"
What do you like best? I like the dashboard that shows a summary of productive vs. non-productive hours based on how apps and sites are defined. It is easily customizable to fit the needs of the business
