So much easier to use
I switched to Active Campaign recently because I am developing two small businesses and was about to throw something at my computer trying to get another email marketing app to work. Active Campaign has been much easier to work with, to learn, and has plenty of features. The low entry pricing as I'm starting new ventures was super helpful - although it's probably only a matter of time before I decide to upgrade to grow the business.

I like all the features and tools...
I like all the features it has and how easy to use it can be. Its one of the most sophisticated tools we use and should help us build our business! It can get pricey with a high number of contact though.

Quick, easy and top performance!
We use AC for our newborn business and everything is performing perfectly. We wouldn't change it (and we actually run away from another email marketing platform). Customer service is quick and always gives good advice.
