Active Campaign is awesome!

We are a growing SaaS business and email is a big part of our digital strategy. We moved to ActiveCampaign from MailChimp, and really there is no comparison. Whilst Mailchimp was an okay 'list management' platform, Active Campaign is a full blown marketing automation / customer experience system with integrated CRM. I like the ease of use

I like the ease of use, regarding the platform of email campaigns. We have been a client for, going on, 3 years now and have been completely satisfied with the services of Active Campaign.

Great for Automation

I've been really enjoying using Active Campaign so far. We use it for automating emails sequences and haven't had any issues so far. Everything has been really smooth. Looking forward to diving into its capabilities more in the future.

Ein sehr umfangreiches Tool - das macht es sehr mächtig, aber zugleich an manchen Stellen etwas unübersichtlich. Ich bin wahrlich nicht der Technik-DAU, aber wenn man nicht tagtäglich damit arbeitet, braucht es etwas Zeit und die Muße, sich Tutorials anzusehen und anzulesen. Hat man den Dreh dann aber raus, klappt alles ganz wunderbar. Deshalb: ehrliche 4 Sterne.

Best all-in-one marketing platform

One of the best all-in-one marketing platforms out there. I can easily create beautifully styled newsletters or email campaigns and the formatting works - it doesn't get messed up when I design it, nor when it arrives in my customers in-boxes. Reports and tracking are great... It is REALLY comprehensive, so plan on taking time to learn the system. But, once you do, it will increase your revenue.

I LOVE the visuals of Active Campaign

I LOVE the visual aspect of this marketing platform. The automation funnels and even menu structure make navigating through the options really intuitive. I also love that they provide great education and support features. I am excited to use more of the platform for all my CRM needs as I progress, but for now feel like they are they easiest campaign automation platform I've used.

Started great, now really disappointed

I’ve reached my limit with Active Campaign. There was a huge learning curve at the beginning, but then all was great. We were off and running with automations and easy to follow guides. Then, customer service wait times started to go from 1-2 minutes to a ridiculous 45 minutes just for a quick question. In addition, reps would tell us conflicting solutions and our staff seemed to know more than AC reps.Our needs are probably more robust than the average person looking to do a few ...
