Great CRM and email automation
We made the switch to active campaign about 6 months ago. We are very happy with the platform and ease of use. The tutorial videos make it easy to learn how to use the software more effectively. I especially love how intuitive the automation builder is. We are very happy with the product.

Finally at home
After having used some other email providers, I am finally at home with Active Campaign. I like the fact that it's quite easy to handle and nevertheless has so many useful options for a thriving online business.

What TOOK ME SO LONG?
Super easy to use! Especially in comparison to Infusiosoft! UGH That was a nightmare. Anyway...I can't believe I waited 13 YEARS to switch over. And wasted ALL THAT MONEY. If you are considering switching, DO IT! Great customer service, easy to use and set up.

Not great unless you're a marketing professional
This is a robust tool but it's not for the average practitioner who is wanting to create a newsletter and do basic marketing. It's really for marketing professionals. The interface is not intuitive and unless you want to make marketing your job, it's too complicated for the average practitioner. I switched to a more straight forward user interface.

Great mailer with online support. I’m totally new to mailers so it’s a steep learning curve for me with all the terms but with lots of help from online support we are learning.

Automation, and Audience Management At its Finest!
I'm a huge fan of Active Campaign. Its a great alternative for companies who dont have the budget or need for HubSpot or Marketo. The robust automation, tagging, bulk tagging, and onsite functionality is amazing!! Easy to implement, and reliable. The Saleforce integration/App is great as well!Highly recommend.

I love AC because it is flexible and scalable.
I love Active Campaign (AC) because it can do almost anything I can dream up as an entrepreneur. It grows as my business grows. AC can automatically adjust tags and email sequences based upon stuff my clients do like clicking on things on my website, engaging with me on social media, and viewing my teaser content on my client portal which is built with MemberVault.
