ActiveCampaign has the features we need for our small business; however, the dashboard is sometimes difficult to navigate initially. Once learned, it works well, but finding where to create and edit items does need to be figured out.

I really like Active Campaign

I really like Active Campaign. We mainly use it for email automation and the sending of campaigns. I find the sales component a bit cumbersome, which is why we use a different CRM here.All in all, I would buy active campaign again.

Not too user friendly unless you have been trained

I'm using ActiveCampaign for my e-commerce business. There're always some unmanageable fixes that would need a support team either from ActiveCampaign or professional technical team to help. Simple as putting together several image blocks to make a display grid. Even if you make sure the images you are going to replace is at the same size as the ones in your grid, the grid could fall apart during the update.
