Active campaign makes this not-too-technical business owner look fabulous! I can send weekly newsletters that look professional, have a high open rate and appeal to my audience. The customer service is top notch and I have always gotten results when I have a question.

I wouldn't look back to my old email autoresponders

I've been using Active Campaign for almost a year and I wouldn't go back to any of the previous email autoresponders I've used. It's very user-friendly and I can easily create really personalised automated email sequences. I'm still yet to explore the many other features it has, but so far it's the best email autoresponder that I've used for my business.

Left active campaign for clickfunnels platinum since I used regular clickfunnels to keep everything under one roof and easier for me and capabilities being on its own platform. Then I had to get Sendgrid. That totals an extra $215. Active campaign helped me slice that number down to a fraction of that amount with the same services I had as far as email capabilities. I have so enjoyed Active Campaign. The ease of operation and all the templates makes this product stand out. I have recommended to others in my field. There are more features that I have yet to take advantage of but for now it serves me well!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Email marketing is extremely time sensitive and having to wait 2+ weeks (sometimes more than a month) for a mediocre response is completely unacceptable. Good luck reaching anyone through phone or chat support.BUGGY. Email templates that worked last month don't preview properly when you go to use them again.
