Active campaign is fabulous
Active campaign is fabulous. Their customer service is wonderful - always so kind, patient and will even send you a video to show you how to do something. Their functions are slick, your emails look professional and they have all the abilities you want to have for a smooth, professional and hands off business such as automations and segmenting audiences.

Fantastic platform
Fantastic platform. Very reasonable priced and loaded with features. Able to manage our marketing workflows with very little involvement from IT once we launched.

The process to decide to use Active Campaign is each as they explained how Active Campaign could help us. Their On-boarding process over 3-4 weeks was very helpful. Their support is really good and knowledgeable.

The onboarding is a core strength at ActiveCampaign. Learning how any marketing platform works is the biggest impediment to being successful. AC gives you plenty of resources to learn and use their platform. Those resources include an onboarding manager, forums, community boards, webinars and videos through email and YouTube.
