Scheduling ahead has been another big perk, as it's easy to navigate the campaigns I've scheduled, and the data they provide on all the campaigns has been fantastic to really optimize the way I do my emails. What do you like best? I love how I can basically program AC to do exactly what I want it to do. I don't have to follow someonelse' system or plan. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It was easy to learn, intuitive and has excellent training resources and access to live help to fast track the building/creation of the automation(s you want. At the 2nd service level and above, you get 30min a month of live 1-on-1 sessions which helped me fast track the implementation of valuable automations. I love the automations (now I understand how they work! - this allows me to segment my audience and provide a more personalised service... and I know I've just scratched the surface. For someone with a tiny list, I appreciate that the starting fees are reasonable, which makes it manageable while I find my feet. What do you like best? Very nice marketing automation system full of options. User-friendly interface is very intuitive. Learning curve is relatively quick. What do you dislike? E-mail writing system could be improved, I have seen sometimes that first e-mail from a campaign takes up to 15 minutes to arrive but I'm not sure if it is due to AC or to my mailserver. What do you like best? Easy to use the automations and list segmentation features; tons of integrations direct and via zapier. I started with Aweber, but it lacked simple segmenting and tagging. Then I moved to Infusionsoft, but its user interface was poor.
