Our experience with ActiveCampaign has been fantastic - we received multiple onboarding sessions and were given recommendations every step of the way on how to accomplish our workflow configuration.While numerous questions came up along the way, the support team was available to answer them in a matter of minutes every time.The automation feature is by far one of the most robust on the market. I LOVE ActiveCampaign
I LOVE ActiveCampaign. I find that it's easy and intuitive to navigate and the reports are great. I also love how I can design an email with drag and drop - fabulous ! I transferred from another platform because it was clunky and heavy and I couldn't figure out how to do things. On ActiveCampaign I CAN figure things out and additionally I think it has more sophisticated reporting than the platform I was on previously.

Intuitive software
PROS: ActiveCampaign is really useful because it offers CRM functions and automations besides email list mailing. Plus, the pricing packages are affordable. The vendor offers prompt and helpful customer support. We are a reseller and are using the service to manage client accounts. The learning curve is really short compared to other products.

Active Campaign is a great CRM for small teams that need automatic email and task automations. It saves us so much time being able to send automatic email drips whenever a new customer signs up for our service. The system even assigns out staff a task to call the new customer. Extremely easy to navigate! Very recommended for small teams.

A very comprehensive tool
I can highly recommend AC. It has everything you need for your email marketing. Great all in one solution and a very extensive tool - that makes it very powerful. It was a bit confusing in some places at the beginning, because I'm not really a technology geek. But now since I'm used it every day it's working great. Our company loves Active Campaign
Our company loves Active Campaign. We had previously been using a CRM called Sharpspring. We were very happy to make the switch. The onboarding was incredibly helpful and they even took the forms from the prior CRM and set it up for free as part of the on boarding. Customer support and documentation has been great. We got the pro subscription and get free monthly check-ins to be able to help improve our understanding with a specialist to accomplish our objectives. We use the pipelines and ...
