What do you like best? The ease of use for building a new campaign. I like that I can duplicate a campaign I have already implemented with a couple of quick changes. What do you dislike? Pricing and the number of contacts you can have before paying more money. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Active campaign is by far the best autoresponder for marketers. I've used mailchimp, Aweber, Getresponse and many others but none of them compare to active campaign. The amount of automations you can do in Active Campaign is the most I've seen and you can do just about anything.
