PROS: Their support team is very helpful. They were able to answer all our inquiries. The drag and drop feature is also very convenient when it comes to designing your emails.

"Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Act-On? This tool is easy to learn and use even if you don't have enough experience with marketing automation. The support is very supportive and ready to help with every step of marketing automation. Previously I was not happy with the reporting features in act-on but now they have added a new feature called Data Studio which allows us to generate different reports and target our marketing efforts accordingly.

What do you like best about Act-On? It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The automated programs created through Act-On have greatly improved our ability to deliver timely and relevant marketing. We've been with Act-On for over four years now and have continued to see the platform make enhancements and offer new tools to improve the overall experience for marketers. On the rare occasion where we have a support need, their team is very responsive and helpful.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On makes it easy to warm a new server, which is our primary use for the software. You can also hire Act-On consultants to assists in organizing a warming campaign.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On helps you with dynamic tools to make your automated email campaigns come to life. If there is something in your email campaign that is more complex than what is given to you, Act-On will look into it for you and see if they would build it out for you. They want their customers to succeed in their marketing efforts and will look for many ways to optimize your account too.
