What do you like best about Act-On? The ease of communication and the professionalism the support person (Luke) displayed. Also my availability was a challenge but Luke was focused and rescheduled our session with out a problem.

"Helpful in the basics, but a lot of unused potential"
What do you like best about Act-On? I appreciate Act-On's general clarity of usage. For the things I know how to do, I can always clearly see a path to them, and I am able to figure out different questions I have about the things I know using the tools Act-On presents.

What do you like best about Act-On? What I like most about Act-on is the easy to navigate features when it comes to building an email or when it comes to data collecting. The Act-on team that I work with are very supportive and are able to help solve problems and answer questions I may come across. I am in Act-on daily so have the user friendly platform makes things a lot easier than other programs I have used in the past.

From the initial implementation of lead scoring and web forms for gated content, it significantly helps support our demand gen efforts. "Excellent commitment to customer success and CRM integration"
What do you like best about Act-On? The out-of-the-box integration with the NetSuite CRM is a game-changer for us. Our organization is committed to staying with NetSuite and finding other vendors that natively integrate with the CRM has been a challenge. Act-On does that without the need for a third-party data integrator and has made consistent improvements to the connector, expanding the amount of data that can be passed between the systems.
