What do you like best about ACS? Dual ledger system for security for money. This is the BEST software for managing money. What do you dislike about ACS? The people side is archaic and the support is not robust. What problems is ACS solving and how is that benefiting you? Major benefit is great monetary security and coverage.

"ACS Technologies is awesome!"

What do you like best about ACS? ACS encompasses everything a church needs! What do you dislike about ACS? Every once in awhile the tables in the program have issues and need to reset. What problems is ACS solving and how is that benefiting you? We are capturing online giving now with both checking accounts and credit cards. "ACS is a comprehensive church software that should be easier on the eyes. "

What do you like best about ACS? ACS allows us to store and sort data in tons of different ways. Being able to group individuals, create small groups, do mass emails, and track attendance numbers are all incredibly useful. What do you dislike about ACS? The program looks very dated and feels that way too. It all works, it's even efficient; but I wouldn't call it the smoothest or most beautiful software out there. Recommendations to others considering ACS: You should definitely give it a ...

"Solid, but not intuitive"

What do you like best about ACS? You can customize the software and build it out to do almost anything you need. What do you dislike about ACS? You need to work with it a while before you can use it fully. It is difficult to teach to pastoral staff that don't have a great deal of time to devote to learning software. What problems is ACS solving and how is that benefiting you? We keep financial records, member records, child check-in, mobile member info app, etc. It is great to be able to ...

"Acs- better than nothing, I guess."

What do you like best about ACS? I like that ACS is a system that makes it possible to bring together all communion and coordination efforts in a church. It makes planning events a bit simpler and more streamlined. What do you dislike about ACS? The interface seems outdated and it is a bit more complicated than it needs to be. I think they need to revamp and make a more user-friendly version of the software that syncs with systems we are already using on our phones and ...

"Gets the job done, but prepare to risk some sanity"

What do you like best about ACS? It has all the features we need to track membership and contributions so we can provide statements at the end of the year What do you dislike about ACS? The interface is slow and outdated. Updating member information is a bit of a chore, and pulling reports takes some finessing as well. Recommendations to others considering ACS: They have a newer version called Realm, although neither one integrates with our giving system which is a bit of a headache. What ...
