What do you like best about ACS? Dual ledger system for security for money. This is the BEST software for managing money. What do you dislike about ACS? The people side is archaic and the support is not robust. What problems is ACS solving and how is that benefiting you? Major benefit is great monetary security and coverage.

What do you like best about ACS? ACS encompasses everything a church needs! What do you dislike about ACS? Every once in awhile the tables in the program have issues and need to reset. What do you like best about ACS? ACS allows us to store and sort data in tons of different ways. Being able to group individuals, create small groups, do mass emails, and track attendance numbers are all incredibly useful. What do you dislike about ACS? You need to work with it a while before you can use it fully. It is difficult to teach to pastoral staff that don't have a great deal of time to devote to learning software. What do you like best about ACS? It has all the features we need to track membership and contributions so we can provide statements at the end of the year What do you dislike about ACS? The interface is slow and outdated. Updating member information is a bit of a chore, and pulling reports takes some finessing as well.
