Excellent service, smooth implementation
As a contractor I have to deal with many different systems providers and will always try and utilise the best fit for each of my clients. I am suitably impressed with the team at People HR with a special mention to Josh Kirwan. Josh has been professional, helpful, quick to respond and all round an absolute fountain of knowledge for me whilst I assist my client with the roll out of their product. So good to actually speak with a person…
So good to actually speak with a person as opposed to e chat ! the only reason o have not given 5 start review is because I would prefer this method of contact as the norm.

Rubbish customer services
Got in touch earlier in the week asking for a demo on the ATS but no-one has got in touch. Find customer service on this system/this company just shocking and every query or request takes so long to resolve. UPDATE: PeopleHR - you say you have reached out to me but I have yet to receive an email from you so I'm not sure if you are emailing the wrong address? I have included it on this review for clarification.

"Best CRM platform ever used"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? PeopleHr is one of the best and very easy to use crm platform. 5 stars for Logan today. He has been an absolute star. I can't give 5 stars for Access system itself, but the service provided by Logan was brilliant. He even took time on his break to help sort out my issues. A credit to the company.

Ripple Training
The training received from Jordan Moore was first class. Really demonstrated what the Ripple workflows can do to support more efficient on/off boarding processes as well as compliance.

Logan was such a great help today
Logan was such a great help today. It wasn't an easy fix with no clear solution but he worked through the problem and found a resolution - thank you!! Loved the F1 examples :-)

Really good training
Matt was great during the training. Communicated clearly beforehand, throughout and afterwards. The actual training sessions were at a good pace despite having a lot of content to get through. He answered any questions as we went through without losing sight of where we were on the training. Thoroughly enjoyed it, he made us feel we could do this! And very excited to start the PeopleHR journey.

Jordan is great trainer
Jordan is very helpful and knowledgeable with PeopleHR, which make the training session extremely useful - when asked questions, he gets straight to the point, which saves everyone time. Thank you for your time and assistance today.
