Awful customer services
Awful customer services. I have been trying to contact them about an issue for a day and a half, and can't get anyone. Every item logged needs far too much information before they even look at it. I had an issue with several employee's holiday balances for months. No priority was given. Their support at the moment says our response time is "a few hours", this is not good enough for HR software!!!

Training overview and additional support
Jordan Moore delivered a brilliant session on training for the People HR System. He also provided additional support and tailored a bespoke on site consultancy day to assist with the launch. We felt valued and were given a service that responded to our needs as an individual and not a one size fits all mentality. It is clear Jordan is very invested in providing the best experience possible .

What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? I liked how intelligent the system is and very flexible to use. Everyone can work on it quickly. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Nothing to be mentioned. Worked very well. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? recruiting cycle saving data of the candidates.

An abysmal product
An abysmal product, we used PeopleHR for 2 years through gritted teeth. The whole system has been littered with poor UI, UX, and errors. The system uptime is shocking, and when it is up bugs and usability issues plague your user and admin experience. The customer support is dreadful, often borderline aggressive, in that if you have any issues at all then it is probably your fault.
